Monday to Friday - 9.00am - 5.00pm

Our client is very proud to be offering such innovative products that meet the needs and wants of their customers. To help continue their rapid growth over this year, they are in search of an Internal Sales Advisor to assist with their sales department. As an ideal candidate, you will be organised and structured, and willing to go above and beyond for their valued customers.

Responsibilities:
Responding timely to email and telephone sales enquiries
Creating and editing documentation of internal processes and procedures
Communicating with clients as required, keeping them informed of lead times and notifying them of impending changes and delivery dates by liaising with our logistics department
Entering sales orders into our internal system
Creating monthly stock forecasts and placing stock orders via our Head Office
Occasionally participating in trade events/shows
Resolving customers' concerns and providing additional information via calls and emails
Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers

Requirements:
Ability to work well as part of a team and to self-manage
3 years' experience in a similar position (preferred but not essential)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written
Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and translate technical terminology into easily understandable language for customers
Strong organisation, presentation, and customer service skills
